Crowne Plaza Hotel Toronto Airport

Really enjoyed my stay. Conference room was beautiful and great acoustics. Room was comfortable. Workout room was great! Nice to have 24 access to it along with spring water.

Overall acceptable for rate paid.

The hotel was really nice and the price was great. The location to the Congress center was perfect for us and the restaurant was really nice.

Nice hotel, and accommodations. Pleasant staff. Conveniently located to where we had to be (ice rink!).

Excellent for someone wishing to be near airport and willing to accept noise from takeoffs and landings.

The rooms were on the smaller side, but exceptionally clean and well maintained. In fact, the entire hotel was well taken care of. The bed was alright, not as nice as Sheraton or Westin but the sleep kit was a great touch. The only complaint was that the staff while not unfriendly, could have been much friendlier. The desk staff were nice, but in a very superficial way that seemed forced. They also lectured me about room choice being "assigned" when I asked for a non-smoking room because I booked through a third party. I have booked many hotels on Priceline and this is the first time a front desk staff has ever brought it up, although he did switch me to a non-smoking room any way.Last point I'll make is that the doormen are stand a couple of feet inside the door. I walked by them about 20 times in teh course of the two days I was there and not once was greeted with a smile or hello, it was almost bizarre. Close to the highways but the parking was pricey.

Old - run-down feeling.

Excellent value for price. Shuttle service to the airport runs every 30 minutes which is very convenient.
